• The double intensity EVA midsole, light and shock absorbing, guarantees an excellent cushioning effect to relieve joints and back. The Vibram® Fourà Evo sole with 5 mm plugs resists wear and facilitates correct foot rolling. The sandblasted tread also gives a matt effect that enhances the aesthetics of the product. The asymmetry that characterizes the design of Kayland Cross Ground GTX recalls the natural ergonomics of the foot, both in functional aspects such as the tongue, and in aesthetic aspects, such as the two different lace hooks. Not only that: the upper surprises with its two faces, the internal side in suede, the external side in fabric with over-injections that protect against abrasions, reduce seams and lighten the total weight.
• The lining is covered with a GORE-TEX Extended Comfort membrane, for a pleasant feeling of protection and climatic comfort during activities. A single band protects the shoe from the tip to the heel in bicast and is interrupted by the forms in thermoplastic material injected directly into the mesh of the fabric.
• Every detail enhances the anatomy of the foot: the asymmetrical tongue in gusseted lycra minimizes thicknesses, with the result of having a minimal crease that does not create pressure points on the instep. The design is lightened to the maximum: the height of the shoe is slightly lowered by the lycra collar, to optimize the fit, the small metal parts have been eliminated. The result is an excellent Made in Europe backpacking boot, light, protective, modern and with maximum comfort of fit.
